For most of our own customers, we provide the simple solution. We use a payment ‘broker’ such as Worldpay, SecPay or Protx. Yes there’s a small overhead – charged as a flat monthly rate or as a percentage of each transaction. But using a broker means our customers don’t have to handle sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers. Nor do they have to concern themselves with transactional security. Taking responsibility for things like that is how the broker earns commission. You just get to fulfil the orders.

Where any of our customers generate enough business to warrant their own online trading environment, we can provide industry-standard ‘SSL’ services and transaction facilities they can run themselves.
